DESCRIPTION:Bruce Hoffman (Georgetown University and the Council on Foreign Relations) has been studying terrorism and insurgency for almost half a century. He is the Shelby Cullom and Kathryn W. David senior fellow for counterterrorism and homeland security at the Council on Foreign Relations and a tenured professor at the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
